Yes. The watchroom is based in Draper, Utah, and most rounds and sessions run remotely. Audit days that genuinely need eyes in the room are scheduled on site, and travel time is quoted openly before a booking is confirmed. Clients in Europe and across North America are a normal part of the work.

Yes. A mutual confidentiality agreement is signed before any session that involves access to live systems, and the watchroom keeps client records in storage the client nominates wherever that is practical. Our privacy policy describes how records are handled and how long they are retained.
